Order Questions
How do I place an order?
You can place an order easily by clicking the ‘shop’ button in the menu, select an item and click the ‘add to basket’ button. Once the item is in your shopping basket click the small bag in the menu and follow the steps to place an order.
I have a question about a product.
No problem, use the simply get in touch with us at team@madeontheroad.co.uk and one of the team will get in touch with you.
Is it secure to order?
It sure is! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details across all our website. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
I have been given a coupon code, where do I use this?
Sweet, you can paste the code in at the basket or checkout pages. On the cart page you’ll see a small box under the items in your basket, simply copy and paste and your winning!
Payment Questions
Can I pay using Credit/Debit Card?
You sure can. We use Stripe to process all our payments securely on our website. This means you don’t have to make an account to complete an order. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and Discovery.
I have a PayPal account can I use this?
Yes, simply click the ‘PayPal’ link on the product page or checkout.
Apple & Google Pay
We now accept the use of Apple Pay and G Pay (Google’s payment service) this is available on a specific device. Please visit the basket page to checkout using any of these methods.
Payment in Person
If you’ve been on the bus or checked out with anyone from the Made of the Road team, you’ll receive an email detailing when you can expect your order to arrive.
